Breastfeeding preparation course

My name is Katharina, and I am a certified, freelance lactation consultant (breastfeeding specialist and IBCLC) with heart and passion. During my own breastfeeding journey, I experienced firsthand how valuable competent support and empathetic guidance can be. This experience inspired me to become a lactation consultant myself and to support other families on their individual journeys.
I offer expert advice on all aspects of breastfeeding – whether you have questions about getting started, breastfeeding problems, weaning, or introducing complementary foods. My approach is attachment- and needs-based: you and your baby, with your unique needs and wishes, are always at the center of everything.
I look forward to getting to know you and accompanying you on your breastfeeding journey.
In addition, I offer a weekly parents' meeting to exchange ideas with others and to discuss all topics related to the first year of life.
