Do you want to stay strong, flexible and fit during pregnancy – without doubting with every exercise whether you're "still allowed to do that"? That's exactly where I come in.

As a MILT Fitness Doula, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach (PPA), and HYROX Performance Coach, I will guide you online through all three trimesters. You will receive a training plan that grows with your body week by week: strength training, core and pelvic floor exercises, mobility, and functional endurance, tailored to your prior experience, symptoms, and goals, as well as ensuring a smooth return to exercise.

- Individual training plan, adapted to trimester and training level
- Video demos + technical feedback on your practice videos
- Regular check-ins and ongoing plan adjustments
