Return to Performance – Postpartum Online Coaching for Active Mothers

Online

Returning to work after childbirth isn't simply a matter of "carrying on as before"—and certainly not a case of "you can't do anything anymore." As a MILT fitness doula and PPA coach, I meet you exactly where you are: individually, without time constraints.

Together, in remote coaching, we'll build the foundation step by step that truly supports you: a stable core, a functioning pelvic floor, and a resilient midsection. And on top of that, real strength, endurance, and performance. Whether your goal is a pain-free everyday life with your child, getting back into weightlifting, or your next HYROX race.

Here's what you'll get:

- Postpartum assessment including rectus diastasis and pelvic floor check via video
- Step-by-step plan in three phases: Rebuild → Rebuild Strength → Return to Performance
- Technical feedback on your exercise videos
- Ongoing plan adjustments and honest assessment
- Training possible from home or in the gym

For whom: Mothers who want to understand, feel and stress their bodies again – without being protective, but with respect for what your body has achieved.
Safe. Individual. Performance-oriented.

Start with a no-obligation introductory meeting.

Hello, I'm Katja – MILT Fitness Doula

I support women during pregnancy and postpartum with evidence-based functional training and doula support, calmly, individually and without pressure.

As a functional fitness coach, pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach, and doula, I combine physical strength with genuine support. No "bounce back," no myths, just steps that fit your life. No matter where you are.

With me, you get a clear, individual plan instead of being overwhelmed, safe strength training adapted to your phase and support on equal terms, online, flexible, for you.

Are you in Berlin? Then feel free to come to my gym. I offer classes and personal training on site, and of course you can bring your child along.
