Your personal doula: for a birth in a loving atmosphere 

 

Together we will develop a personalized birth plan that takes your wishes and needs into account. As your doula, I will be there for you with my experience and empathy to ensure you feel supported and understood throughout the entire process.

Whether you're planning a natural birth or a cesarean section, whether you'd like to use specific relaxation techniques, or whether you have particular wishes regarding the birthing environment – I'm here to support and encourage you. My goal is for you to feel safe, secure, and empowered throughout the entire birth process.

 

My offer to you:

• 2 meetings during pregnancy (including birth plan creation)


• 24-hour on-call service from 10 days before your due date until birth


• Continuous one-on-one care during childbirth. Birth photos available upon request.


• 1st meeting during the postpartum period
  Creating a birth report

Additional meetings can be booked as needed. Doula support for cesarean sections/abdominal births is also available. Please contact me for more information.
