Our yoga classes with baby take place in a relaxed and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and have your baby close by. Our yoga instructors are experienced in postnatal exercises and will help you strengthen your abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles, improve your posture, and alleviate back pain after childbirth.
In addition to physical exercises, you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and unwind. Giving birth and caring for a baby is a major challenge for the body, so it's important to take time for yourself and relax.
Your baby will be actively involved in the yoga practice at times. This allows your baby to experience physical contact and the joy of movement with you. During the mother-baby yoga class, you will have time to focus entirely on yourself and connect with your inner self, as well as consciously spend time with your baby.
Our yoga class with baby also offers you the opportunity to connect with other mothers and build a supportive community. Spend valuable time with other mothers, share your experiences, and don't feel alone.
Of course, breastfeeding, feeding, diaper changes, etc. are expressly permitted during the yoga class!
You don't need any yoga experience!
