My name is Nadine Lüderitz-Heute, and I am a self-employed sports therapist and founder of NLH Outdoor Training am Deich. Here in beautiful East Frisia, I offer expectant mothers a variety of services as part of my Mama Aktiv program, including pregnancy gymnastics, postpartum recovery courses, and outdoor/indoor Mama Aktiv classes with strollers and babies. As a nutrition consultant, I advise families throughout pregnancy, from breastfeeding and infant formula feeding to the introduction of complementary and family foods. I provide comprehensive support at every stage of a child's nutritional development.
