My name is Nadine Lüderitz-Heute and I am a self-employed sports therapist.
I come from the beautiful north (East Frisia) and offer pregnancy gymnastics, postnatal gymnastics and Mama Aktiv Outdoor / Indoor through my "Mama Aktiv" program.
As a nutrition consultant, I also support families during pregnancy, through the breastfeeding or infant milk phase, and up to complementary and family meals.
