What you can expect in the course
This breastfeeding preparation course will prepare you for the breastfeeding period. I want to give you loving guidance, reassurance, and valuable tips for this time after birth.
This course isn't just about the benefits of breastfeeding or how it works. I want to empower you to pay attention to your baby's signals and follow your intuition. Because the knowledge and skill to breastfeed is inherent in us women.
In addition to your personal questions, the following topics will also be discussed:

• The first application in the delivery room – intuitive application
• Importance of colostrum, the „newborn milk“
• Bond
• the baby's stomach size
• Sleeping and breastfeeding

• different breastfeeding positions
• Partnership and breastfeeding
• Everyday life with a breastfeeding baby
• Nutrition during breastfeeding

The course includes:
• light snacks, water
• a detailed handout

Course duration: 1 session of 2 - 2.5 hours
Cost: €25 per person.
