In our fast-paced times, there is little room for relaxation and peace.
Taking good care of yourself and taking time out is therefore particularly important during pregnancy and is good for you and your baby.
In meditation you create peace in your thoughts and mind, while relaxing your body and connecting with your baby.
But even after your baby has arrived, moments of peace and quiet are important. Consciously take time for yourself, relax, recharge your batteries, and gather strength for everyday life.
At the beginning of our session, I will give you a short presentation on a few interesting topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
Afterwards, you can enjoy the relaxation and let go of everyday stress during meditation.
