Hello, my name is Isabel and I'm a mother of four. I'm a trained nurse and have been a certified Hypnobirthing instructor since May 2018. In addition to Hypnobirthing childbirth preparation courses, I also offer meditations for pregnant women and mothers, as well as postpartum workshops, at the Familienbande midwifery practice in Bochum. Everything related to pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period is my passion, and I accompany, support, and empower you on your journey to a self-determined birth, full of trust in yourself and your child, for a wonderful start to motherhood.
