My name is Christina Becker, I am 29 years old and the proud mother of a 16-month-old daughter.
I am a prenatal and postnatal fitness trainer, children's trainer, and parent-child course instructor. I offer fitness classes for pregnant women as well as outdoor and indoor classes for mothers with their babies. My program also includes playgroups for babies from 6 weeks to 12 months old, as well as a variety of fun play and movement groups. In addition, I offer workshops such as family yoga.
