Mama & Baby Fitness is a training program specifically designed for mothers. Mom exercises, and so does your baby, because every class includes exercises to support your baby's motor skills and development. This course is suitable for all mothers who want to exercise together with their baby after postpartum recovery. Targeted training combining the best of Pilates, yoga, back strengthening, pelvic floor exercises, and fitness comes together here. Specifically designed and healthy for mothers.
Of course, there will be time for questions, suggestions, and lots of fun!

 

Course times: Tuesdays: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

My name is Henrike,

I am a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and expert in women's health. For over 15 years, I have been supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and women on their journey to greater well-being, health, and a happy life.
As a mother of two, I know how exhausting everyday life with children can sometimes be. With my positive and cheerful nature, I'm happy to offer advice and support with everyday questions.

In addition to offering courses related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and yoga, I also provide individual treatments, consultations, and training in therapy and yoga. Please feel free to email me with any questions or if you are interested.
