My name is Nadine, I am 30 years old and a mother to my little Lukas.
I am a qualified group fitness trainer, buggyFit trainer, pelvic floor trainer and specially trained for training during pregnancy.

I accompany mothers in Erding and Taufkirchen/Vils in beautiful Upper Bavaria.
Currently, all courses are held live online via Zoom.
