Dear new mom,

After your pelvic floor had to do a lot and was under a lot of strain during pregnancy and especially during childbirth, it is very important to strengthen your pelvic floor and core again after the postpartum period, about 6 weeks.

In my course, I'll explain the structure and important functions of the pelvic floor muscles, as well as what can happen if they aren't adequately trained. Through targeted strengthening and activation of the pelvic floor muscles, and specific exercises, I'll do everything I can to ensure you can confidently tackle your daily life with your baby again!

Hello, I'm Susi, 53 years old and mother of two sons (25 and 22 years old). I've been working as a prenatal and postnatal fitness instructor in Seligenstadt and Frankfurt (Mainufer) for six years. I offer the following courses: Fit Through Pregnancy, Pelvic Floor Recovery Courses, BuggyFit, Fit with a Stroller, and BootCamp for Women. My courses take place year-round, all outdoors except for the postnatal recovery course. I really enjoy supporting pregnant women and new mothers on their fitness journey 😉
