• Strengthening and stabilizing exercises to support the body during pregnancy
• Mobilization and stretching to relieve back, shoulders and pelvis
• Breathing exercises for more calm and presence
• Conscious relaxation phases for regeneration and balance
• Time to arrive and exchange ideas with other pregnant women

Prior knowledge:
No yoga experience required
