Arriving with love – your course for the postpartum period

Online

The postpartum period is not just a short break after birth. It's an intense transition – physically, emotionally, and as a family. This course will support you in consciously preparing for this time and feeling more secure and supported during the postpartum period. With sound midwifery knowledge and plenty of space for what truly matters to you, you'll learn to understand what your baby needs now, how to take good care of yourself, and how you and your family can find your way in your new roles.

This is included in the course:
- 8 in-depth modules with 44 video tutorials about the postpartum period - a total of almost 4.5 hours
- 50 minutes of accompanying audio impulses for download, including listening meditations, mindfulness journeys, breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and a great Reiki self-healing technique.
- a 60-page workbook for further study and reference
- 12 months of unlimited access for an experience at your own pace, as often as you want

This course is for you if you:
- if you want to consciously prepare for the postpartum period - or if you are already in the middle of it
- you want more than just quick tips and checklists
- want to understand what is happening inside you, your baby, and your family
- You are looking for security without rigid requirements

Why this course is so important:
Many women prepare intensively for childbirth – but the postpartum period lasts longer and is often more emotionally and physically challenging than expected. This course provides you with exactly that: guidance, knowledge, and support.

- how emotional changes, attachment and identity change are related
- how you can realistically deal with exhaustion, lack of sleep and strong emotions
- how breastfeeding, nutrition and closeness can be sensitively informed and easily integrated into everyday life
- how to better understand your baby's signals and respond to them safely
- how baby care, sleep, carrying and regulation really work in everyday life
- how partners and accompanying persons can be involved in a supportive manner
- how you as a family can find your own rhythm
