Hi, I'm Alexandra, the founder of Mama Powerhouse – and a mom myself. After giving birth abroad in Taiwan, I struggled to find proper postpartum recovery support in a language I understood. When I finally discovered an excellent course created by a German state-certified physiotherapist, I knew I wanted to make it accessible for other moms who face the same challenges.
That's why I decided to bring this expert program to English-speaking mothers in Germany and beyond.
