During pregnancy and childbirth, your body performs at its peak, and your pelvic floor is under considerable strain. If it is not strengthened sufficiently, you risk incontinence, uterine prolapse, bladder prolapse, and back pain.
I'll provide you with comprehensive knowledge about the pelvic floor. The muscles, which are heavily strained during pregnancy, will be gently rebuilt. With targeted exercises, we'll strengthen your core and thus promote the closure of any existing diastasis recti. Balance pads, exercise balls, and Pilates balls make the sessions varied and engaging.
Participation is possible with or without your baby. Every mother receives a script with detailed information and exercises on postpartum recovery.
Courses take place at the midwifery practice in Bornheim, Bergerstr. 96.
