YOGA for pregnant women

Gentle yoga exercises, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness strengthen the trusting connection with your baby and your own body. You will learn relaxation techniques and mindfulness exercises that can support you during pregnancy, childbirth, and the early days with your baby, and can prevent or alleviate typical discomforts.

The small groups (max. 6 women) provide you with a safe space for your personal issues, for nurturing exchange, and deep relaxation. As a teacher of the Alexander Technique, I can support you in the best possible way in the yoga classes (and, if needed, also in individual sessions) according to your individual physical needs.
