Have you recently become a mother and already completed your postpartum recovery course? Then this short workout for mothers is just right during times of social distancing.
In this online live course, we will strengthen your entire body, focusing on your core. The session will take place via Zoom.us.
Please book the course by Friday at 7 pm so that I can send you the relevant access details.

Course duration: a brisk 45 minutes.
