Children want to move, balance, jump, climb, run, and explore their environment with all their senses. We can do all this and much more with Wobbel gymnastics.
During the active phases, they are in motion, stimulating the sense of balance and kinesthetic perception.
During the quiet phases, we rock, meditate and relax to calming music.
We spend valuable time together, move around together, cuddle, relax and go on imaginary journeys.
