You can attend the course from the 14th week of pregnancy up to the 40th week of pregnancy.

In this course you will be physically prepared for childbirth with special strength and endurance exercises based on the latest findings.
Everyday ailments such as back pain, groin pain, fatigue, etc. are alleviated.
