Goodbye diastasis recti!

Osterholzallee, Ludwigsburg, Germany

After pregnancy, many women struggle with a protruding belly. Often, however, it's not the excess weight, but a "diastasis recti" that causes this. This is due to the rectus abdominis muscles, which move to the sides during pregnancy to make room for the uterus. Since these muscles also provide support for the body, they can no longer function properly in this condition.

Even very slim women, in whom the typical diastasis recti belly is not visible, can suffer from an abdominal cleft.

Additional typical symptoms include discomfort in the lower back, shoulders, or digestive problems.

In this special course, we will work intensively over four evenings to close your abdominal gap. You will receive suggestions for everyday life and many training tips that you need to practice daily at home.

A few weeks later, we'll meet again to review your training progress and the appearance of your abdominal gap. You'll then receive feedback and I'll explain your personalized next steps.

Should you require further support from me afterwards, we can arrange further meetings and appointments.

This course is specifically for all women with diastasis recti - regardless of the child's age!
