I'm Anja. A mother with heart and mind. A problem solver.

When my daughter was 6 months old, it took at least 45 minutes to fall asleep. In the evenings, she would wake up after 30 minutes, then every 2 hours. During the day, she never slept for longer than 30 minutes. I refused to accept this, searched for answers, scoured the internet, read books… and couldn't find a solution on my own.

It was only through baby sleep coaching that things changed. Within a few days, she could reliably be put to bed in 10 minutes. The evenings were mine, and her daytime naps were my oases of calm. At night, she slept 11-12 hours straight.

I have been a certified baby sleep coach since 2021.

While my babies slept, I advanced my self-employment. With my first baby, I worked as a freelance marketing consultant. With my second baby (at 5 months old), I completed my training as a sleep coach during the day and conducted my first coaching sessions in the evenings. All of this was only possible because I was well-rested and knew when and for how long my babies would sleep during the day and that they would reliably sleep through the night.

If you too want to continue your work refreshed because your baby is finally sleeping at night, then get in touch with me.
