MAWIBA® is a dance concept with gentle pelvic floor training for pregnant women, mothers with babies and all women who enjoy dancing.
Developed in collaboration with an experienced team of experts, MAWIBA offers special choreographies for pelvic floor activation and improving posture.
At MAWIBA, the focus is on the fun of movement and dancing.
Currently there are 3 different types of courses – MAWIBA Pre, MAWIBA Baby and MAWIBA Solo.
