This course lives up to its name, as it focuses entirely on your pelvic floor and an active, stable core. Both new mothers and those who gave birth some time ago can find the perfect (re)entry into exercise with this course. In this series of courses, you will reconnect with your body and train the intermuscular coordination of your pelvic floor and core muscles.
All inclusive:
10-week program for postpartum recovery of your core
Preparatory recovery plan for the postpartum period
Accompanying training plan and exercises for home
Pelvic floor and diastasis recti check
Advice and tips for everyday motherhood and for a tailored training program
You can start this course after the 6-week recovery period and/or attend it in parallel with a postpartum recovery course.

The course meets the requirements according to §20, has been reviewed and certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention and is subsidized by the participating health insurance companies!

My name is Daniela and as a certified fitness economist, I turned my passion for sports and the desire to do something meaningful into a profession 14 years ago and worked as a studio manager in the health sector after my studies.
Since the birth of my daughter, I have worked as a certified pre- and postnatal trainer, primarily with women, especially during and after pregnancy. However, I also offer consultations and training to women outside of pregnancy on topics such as weight loss, pelvic floor weakness, back problems, etc.
