Children's yoga in Berlin Hermsdorf

Hello everyone!

I'm Sophie, a preschool teacher and certified children's yoga instructor from Berlin. I teach a children's yoga class every Saturday morning in Berlin-Hermsdorf. Whether it's immersing ourselves in different worlds with yoga journeys, actively experiencing books, or strengthening the sense of community through movement games, each of my yoga classes is unique and varied, and I adapt to the children's needs in a participatory way. Fun and relaxation are also an important part of the experience.
