Hello dear Mom, dear Dad,

I'm glad you're here. I'm Magdalena.

Since 2013, I have been supporting families during the exciting phase of getting to know each other and growing together, helping to solve difficulties early and in a needs-oriented manner.

I want to support you in finding ways to navigate the challenges of becoming and being a family, taking into account the needs of the youngest family members as well as those of the parents and any siblings. Plenty of physical contact and effective communication are the best foundation for a strong bond – the basis of a happy family life. To help build this foundation for contented families, I would like to offer my expertise and experience as an educator, doula, and mother of four.

I hope that you experience pregnancy and birth with your baby in such a self-determined, relaxed and empowering way that it forms the best possible basis for a successful family life with strong relationships and self-confident people, both big and small.

Furthermore, I am always happy to pass on my knowledge to educational and medical professionals in training courses, lectures and further education programs.

With individual consultations, on-site and by telephone, workshops and online courses, I provide advice and help for relaxed parents and happy babies/children.
