Understanding baby sleep

This information workshop is aimed at expectant parents as well as parents with babies up to a maximum of 12 months old and provides a comprehensive overview of the mysterious topic of baby sleep.

• Sleep needs and sleep development in the first year of life


• Safe sleeping environment


• Sleep-promoting routines and rituals


• Prevention of sleep problems
