HypnoBirthing Online live according to Marie Mongan – The Original

Ludgeristraße 64, Selm, Germany

Did you know that our thoughts and feelings have a strong influence on our bodily functions?
This knowledge plays a crucial role in childbirth.
Only when one is free from fears, tension, and negative birth experiences or birth visions can the body gently and easily perform its birthing work in its own rhythm.
In this course you will learn relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques so that you can deeply relax during childbirth and optimally support your body's birthing process.
Thanks to this deep relaxation and various breathing techniques, you can experience childbirth in calm and relaxed circumstances, far from fear and tension.

Currently, all my courses are being held online as individual courses via Zoom.

If you are looking for a completely personalized course for yourself/you all, then get in touch with me.

I'm looking forward to seeing you.

Hi, I'm Debby.
I'm a trained registered nurse. In other words, I'm a nurse. Throughout my career, I've gained experience in various fields, such as the emergency room and psychiatry. However, I never felt like I truly belonged in my profession.
I myself have two children and have had two completely different births.
An intervention-heavy hospital birth and a self-determined and gentle birth in a birthing center with the help of HypnoBirthing.
After these completely different birth experiences, I knew that I wanted to teach the Mongan method to women/couples to help them achieve a self-determined, gentle and positive birth.
Therefore, I completed the training to become a HypnoBirthing course instructor with the HypnoBirthing Society Europe.
I am constantly expanding my range of services and am delighted to now also be a course instructor for baby massage and nappydancers®.
