Hypnobirthing – your mental birth preparation

Hypnobirthing is a wonderful and effective technique for mentally preparing for childbirth. Using a variety of techniques, you can experience the upcoming birth of your baby in a positive, fear-free, self-determined, and less painful way.

Hypnobirthing births usually require significantly fewer interventions, are much shorter, and perineal tears are less common.

The group course consists of four sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will cover and experience both theory and wonderful practical exercises. You will then approach your upcoming birth with a completely different mindset ♡

The individual course can take place either at my place or at your home. It will be completely tailored to you, both in terms of content and scheduling ♡

Your partner/birth companion is of course welcome to be present.
