Regular exercise during pregnancy not only improves well-being but also supports the body during childbirth. The holistic HappyBauch training program promotes flexibility, strengthens the cardiovascular system, and helps to positively influence emotional well-being. Regular participation can minimize back pain, water retention, and fatigue. It helps women prepare for childbirth and the postpartum period.

This course is intended for women with uncomplicated pregnancies.
