Doula support

Are you currently pregnant and would like special support during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period?

As a doula, I am exclusively there for you (and your partner), I will talk to you about your wishes for the birth, give you time for yourself through meditation, massage or prenatal yoga, thus preparing you physically and mentally for your birth, and gladly show you what rights you have as a pregnant woman.
I can accompany you during the birth, if desired (limited birth support is possible, please ask!). During labor, I will be by your side continuously, holding space for you, creating a birthing environment where you can relax and let go, and supporting you.
During the subsequent postpartum period, I am available for conversations, massages, meditations, or if support is needed with breastfeeding (as a lactation consultant).

Of course, I'd be happy to accompany you during a cesarean section.

I do all this without a medical mandate! All medical matters, monitoring of pregnancy, birth and postpartum period, etc., remain in the hands of the midwife!
I do not attend unassisted births!
