Doula consultation for individual birth preparation (partner welcome)

• Individual consultation: We'll discuss anything that's on your mind – whether it's choosing a place of birth, pain management techniques, or dealing with potential complications. Every question is welcome.


• Specify birth wishes: Together we will develop your personal birth wishes and I will support you in formulating them clearly and realistically.


• Information about childbirth: I provide you with sound information so you can make informed decisions. From the different stages of labor and medical interventions to natural birth processes – you'll receive the knowledge you need.


• Space for emotions: In addition to the practical aspects, there's also room for the emotional side of childbirth. We'll talk about potential fears, expectations, and how you as a couple can experience birth together.

• Individual support: The conversation is tailored to your specific situation – no general advice, but customized support.


• Flexibility: You can schedule the appointment according to your needs and conduct the conversation in a relaxed atmosphere, whether at your home or in a neutral room.


• Preparation without a course: You will receive comprehensive preparation without having to attend a childbirth preparation course.

1. Appointment scheduling: After you contact us, we will arrange an appointment for the meeting.


2. Preliminary questionnaire: You will receive a short questionnaire so that I can best prepare for your topics and wishes.


3. The conversation: We will meet at the agreed time, either online or in person. The conversation usually lasts about 2 hours.


4. Post-processing: Upon request, you will receive a summary of the conversation as well as further information and resources.
