Doula consultation during pregnancy

Pregnancy is a special time full of changes, emotions, and new experiences. Sometimes it's helpful to be able to talk to someone who is neutral, who listens and understands – without judgment or criticism. That's exactly what I offer you as a doula.

What is a doula consultation?

A doula consultation is a safe space where you can freely express all your worries, fears, thoughts, and feelings. Whether it's about uncertainties, physical changes, questions about childbirth, or everyday life during pregnancy – I'm here for you. With my experience and knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, I'm here to support you.

Why a doula consultation?

• Understanding: I understand the particular challenges that pregnancy brings and I am listening to you carefully.


• Neutrality: As a doula, I am a neutral support person, without the emotional closeness that family or friends often bring.


• Expertise: I am familiar with the processes and changes during pregnancy and can give you helpful information and tips.


• Support: I will support you in strengthening your own resources and finding trust in your body and your path.

Who is this offer intended for?

This offer is for all pregnant women who want a safe space for honest conversations. Whether you're just starting your pregnancy or about to give birth – I'm here for you.

Information on procedure, duration and costs:

• Duration: 60 minutes; if you would like a longer period, please feel free to contact me.


• Cost: 60 minutes = €60, each additional half hour €25


• Online via video call, in the consultation room in Wasserburg or at your home


• Flexible appointment scheduling
