Here, little explorers aged 8-18 months will find plenty to enjoy. I offer these young discoverers a space to explore everyday objects and various sensory experiences in a prepared environment. Mom or Dad can relax and observe their baby while remaining a safe haven. Here, bonding and the relationship between parent and child, as well as the self-efficacy of the little ones, are paramount. Each session is rounded out with bonding and movement exercises, as well as recurring rituals that reinforce the children's sense of security.

Mondblume in Braunschweig is a center for attachment and mindfulness. Here, I create attachment- and needs-oriented programs for the whole family. I support you from pregnancy, through infancy and toddlerhood, through school years, and into adulthood. My support is offered in the form of one-on-one coaching and couples coaching (online & in-person), prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, children's yoga classes, CaPiMo classes for children from 8 to 36 months (plus), and mindfulness workshops focusing on various topics.

My premises are located in Wenden, in the north of Braunschweig. Here I have bright and spacious classrooms, as well as a more private coaching area. I also offer coaching sessions online via Zoom.
