Attachment-based sleep counseling – without pressure, without training

Online

Babies' and toddlers' sleep can often be a challenge. If your family's sleep situation is becoming stressful and you'd like to make some changes, I'm here to support you as an attachment-based sleep consultant. Together, we'll discuss your child's sleep development and clarify what's considered "normal." We'll find individual solutions to improve your situation.
My advice is needs-oriented and holistic: The needs of all family members – both yours and those of your children – are the focus.
I look forward to being able to support you.

Possible reasons for seeking sleep advice:

Extended sleep support
Involving other caregivers in the sleep support process
Our baby keeps waking up
Sustained suckling at night
Nighttime weaning
Nighttime waking periods
Inconvenient sleep times (falling asleep too late, waking up too early)
Our baby won't let us put him down.
Safety when it comes to baby sleep
Changes in sleep habits
Moving into your own room

# Stop sleep training
I firmly believe that sleep patterns can be optimized to meet individual needs. However, please don't expect your child to fall asleep or stay asleep independently immediately after our consultation, as this would not be age-appropriate sleep behavior (depending on the child's age).

As a vegan nutrition consultant and BFB attachment-oriented family coach®, I dispel prejudices, share sound expertise, and offer numerous tips for everyday vegan nutrition. I provide one-on-one consultations, give presentations, and create detailed nutritional analyses and plans.
I see it as my responsibility to listen attentively to my clients' concerns, take them seriously, and make my knowledge available. My goal is not to judge your behavior or impose my opinion on you. For example, if you decide that you don't want to breastfeed, I respect that decision and support you in achieving your individual goals. Scientific rigor is very important to me, and I always adhere to evidence-based approaches. Methods such as homeopathy, kinesiology, or bioresonance therapy do not align with my understanding of sound science, which is why I do not recommend such approaches.
The term "needs-based" is often used and misunderstood today. When I use it, I genuinely mean respecting and taking seriously the needs of all family members. So, for example, if a mother wants to wean, it's especially important to me to support her without creating pressure or feelings of guilt. I should also mention that I do not offer sleep training!
The term "holistic" is often misunderstood or associated with questionable methods. For me, however, it means using my expertise in breastfeeding, sleep, and nutrition to identify connections. This allows me, for example, to assess whether a perceived sleep problem might stem from other causes. A point that is particularly important to me is that I don't want to push any additional products on you. I work independently and free from any network marketing structures or advertising partners that would create a conflict of interest.
It's very important to me that you don't feel ashamed about anything during a consultation with me. I understand the worries and uncertainties surrounding all my topics all too well, because I've been down this path myself and tried many things. That's why I'll meet you with an open ear, understanding, and empathy, so that you feel safe and we can find a path together that suits you.
