Online

Is your baby 8 months or older and your whole day revolves around whether and how your baby sleeps?

  • As soon as it realizes it's time for bed, it screams itself into a frenzy, sometimes until it vomits.

  • It takes hours for it to fall asleep.

  • Because it simply cannot settle down and keeps jolting awake as soon as its eyes close.

  • At night it wakes up screaming more than 10 times and is then difficult to calm down.

  • Sometimes it stays awake for several hours at night and just can't fall asleep.

  • During the day, your child usually seems tired, is in a bad mood, and is very clingy.

But you don't know how to change this habit.

Then this video course is for you.

You can expect many "aha!" moments and new insights that will help you understand your child's behavior better and show you how to gently influence their sleep.

In 8 crisp and informative I'll explain things to you step-by-step in the videos.,

  • how to adapt your daily routine to your baby's daily rhythm while taking your own needs into account.

  • How to create feel-good routines that give your baby security so that it likes to sleep.

  • how to plan your activities so that you never get stressed and your child always gets their rest breaks on time.

If you don't know me yet,

My name is Sabine Lüders.
I am the author of the book “How babies fall asleep peacefully and sleep through the night. The best sleep tips from a childminder. Without crying, screaming or pressure.”

At 38, my biggest dream came true: I became a mother. After years of longing for a child without success, the greatest miracle of my life happened.

Parental leave? No problem – I thought. After all, it was 'only' a baby.
As a self-employed SAP consultant, I was used to planning and imagined the whole thing to be quite simple and romantic.

But I, too, quickly had to deal with the downside of motherhood: My son wouldn't sleep, there was no routine, no breaks. My daily life was chaos. Even things like showering became a challenge. And I won't even mention the sleep deprivation.

I read parenting books, tried everything, even the Ferber method. But my heart said, 'No!' I had waited so long for my baby – I didn't want to let him cry.

The turning point came when I discovered Emmi Pikler's philosophy: loving, tender, without pressure. This view of children changed everything.

Step by step, calm slowly returned. Structure, rituals, and trust became my guiding principles – and they worked.

But my adventure continued.
Three years later I had my second son. And I decided to retrain as a childminder.

As a childminder, I cared for five children at a time – aged 8 months to 3 years. Each child was unique, each with different needs. Over the years, I cared for more than 50 children – for an average of two years.

Daily life presented me with new challenges: How do you get five children to sleep at the same time – without tears or stress? Nobody had a solution. So I developed my own method: the BabyTakt method.

The BabyTakt method is based on the premise that every child sleeps very well when the conditions are right.
By “conditions” I mean:
– The right timing,
– Routines and rituals that create trust and provide security and
– Good observation skills to be able to respond to individual needs.

It worked. Parents reported enthusiastically: children who previously slept poorly found peace. Even sensitive breastfed babies suddenly fell asleep much more easily and peacefully. Now it was just a small step to change sleep habits so that the child could also sleep through the night independently.

My experiences as a childminder inspired me to share my knowledge. More and more parents asked for help – even during the pandemic.

Today I provide individual support to parents. Whether online or in my books: The BabyTakt method helps families to find peace again.

This method brought relief not only to the children but also to the parents. They were able to enjoy everyday life again – and find time for themselves and their relationship.

The elixir? The BabyTakt method. It's more than just a strategy – it restores harmony to families.
