BabySteps – Online Baby Course (0 – 12 months)

76 Karlsruhe, Germany

Dear Parents,

This is a particularly challenging time for you all – at home, without your usual social contacts, missing the exchange... I want to create a space where there's plenty of time for sharing experiences, but also where all your questions and topics concerning your babies are welcome. There will also be suggestions for play and singing, and even the occasional baby massage.

Each course is naturally a little different, because I like to address your individual needs... Topics include: bonding, sleep, weaning, communication...

At BabySteps, we are trained according to the latest scientific and developmental research, which we incorporate into the course in a playful and easy way. Our main goal is to help every family find their own path and make the right decisions for themselves – but with the necessary information.

Regarding the online option: I'll send you a Zoom link so everyone can join via video. It's really easy and fun! (I'd be happy to explain it in more detail if you're interested.) We can also do a trial lesson first... And as soon as it's possible again, we can continue the course in my studio.

Due to the current situation, my courses are currently reduced to €60...

If your financial situation makes this difficult or if you have any further questions, please feel free to write or call me!

I LOOK FORWARD TO YOU!

My name is Stella Vitez, I was born in 1984 and live in Karlsruhe with my husband and our son (born in 2018).

Working with children and families has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I babysat, completed internships in various child-related fields, worked as an au pair in Spain after school, and worked as an educational assistant during my art therapy studies, among other things.

What do children truly need to navigate their lives with self-esteem, inner strength, and joy? This question has fascinated me since early on and sparked my interest in learning more about child development and engaging with it. For me, this also includes considering the entire family and the needs of everyone involved – and seeing how I can best support and guide them on their shared journey. In addition to attending several seminars and ongoing self-study, I have therefore completed training as a systemic therapist.

With the birth of my son in 2018, I felt a strong desire to delve deeper into the world of infancy and the attachment-based, needs-oriented approach to parenting. That's how I found my "new home" at Einfach Eltern (Simply Parents). My heart is truly in this place, and I look forward to supporting each and every family, even if just for a little while…
