Beforehand, we'll discuss how I can best assist you and what kind of carrier you'd like to try, or whether you'd like to try a wrap or sling. We'll also discuss whether you'd prefer a home visit, a visit to the hospital (with the agreement of your roommates and only in emergencies, as the early postpartum period belongs to the parents and their newborn), or if you'd like to come to my home. Here, I have a specially furnished room where we can comfortably try out different carriers or slings (initially using a baby doll). If you have older siblings with you, they're welcome to enjoy my play area. If your baby needs a break from breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, you're welcome to make yourself comfortable in the quiet breastfeeding corner and feed/bottle in peace.

My product range is constantly expanding; currently, it includes almost 20 baby carriers from various manufacturers, over 10 baby wraps from various manufacturers and blends, as well as ring slings, aquaslings, bonding tops, etc.
If your baby needs to wear a Tübingen hip brace, I have one available so we can practice beforehand with my babywearing doll.

My name is Britta Diekmann, I'm almost 33 years old and a mother of two. Our daughter was born in January 2017 and our son in June 2018.
We live in beautiful Güglingen, in the heart of the wonderful Zabergäu region.

After our daughter was born, the midwives there said she hadn't quite settled in yet, and they were right. She cried a lot and was a little glutton; sleep was out of the question for me. So I was very glad that I had taken a babywearing course and attended a babywearing consultation during my pregnancy, and that my husband brought the baby carrier from home the day after she was born. This allowed us to get to know our daughter better, and I had both hands free. I could cuddle and carry her while also doing other things. Walking the dogs, doing housework… everything was easier.
Even my husband really enjoyed the cuddling and carrying sessions with our daughter; it strengthened their bond. After all, a mother has carried her baby throughout the entire pregnancy. But the father only really gets to know her after the birth.
Not a day went by when our daughter wasn't carried in a sling or carrier.

Our son was born in June 2018, and I immediately packed my baby carrier in my hospital bag. Many new mothers approached me, saying they would have appreciated some on-site help with using a baby carrier or sling. That's probably when the idea of becoming a babywearing consultant secretly took root in my mind. And what came of it? Well, you know now, since you've landed on my website for babywearing consultations, superMAMAfitness® and Mawiba® in Güglingen and the surrounding area.

I completed my training at the Didymos babywearing school in March 2019 and I am constantly continuing my education.

To train/provide further training. Since one never stops learning, I constantly further my education through seminars and workshops.
