I'm so glad you found me! My name is Seliha. I've been a mom since 2022. This inevitably led me to the topic of baby sleep, so I trained to become a baby sleep coach. My main job is teaching biology and German at a high school, so I already had a broad foundation in sleep biology when I started my training. Now I want to share knowledge, debunk myths, and help families achieve better sleep. In my sleep coaching, I work individually, focusing on each baby's needs and attachment style. I clearly distance myself from sleep training (not even disguised training!) and believe that babies don't have to cry when things change!
