Baby massage course

Online

A baby massage is so much more than just a touch. It's bonding, relaxation, and the break you so desperately need.

Baby massage relaxes not only your baby, but you too. The intense touch releases oxytocin, which leads to a pleasant relaxation in both you and your baby and strengthens your bond. With each touch, your baby's trust in you is strengthened, and their physical and emotional development is simultaneously promoted.

Step by step you will learn the massage techniques and can use them both in the course (your baby's needs are always the priority!) and then at home, at your own pace.

Here's what you can expect:

- 60 minutes of pampering time for you and your baby
- Advanced massage techniques are taught every hour.
- high-quality massage oils
- a detailed script
- Information about your baby and its development
- Exchange with other mothers
Exclusive time for you and your baby

I look forward to you!

Some health insurance companies subsidize/cover the course.

Welcome!
I'm so glad you found me!

My name is Diana, I was born in 1993 and I am a mother of two wonderful girls.

After the birth of my first daughter, I started asking myself why no one tells you what the days, weeks, and months after your precious little one arrives can really be like. Why doesn't anyone tell you that breastfeeding is only partially intuitive and that you should actually prepare for it? Why doesn't anyone mention that babies speak an international language, so in most cases you know immediately why they're crying? And why doesn't anyone shout from the rooftops that a strong early childhood bond can even reduce the risk of common health problems?

During my pregnancy, I had a clear picture in my mind of what kind of mother I wanted to be. "My baby should learn to sleep in its own bed right away" or "I'll breastfeed for a maximum of six months, and then that's it" were just two of the things I naively and, unfortunately, quite uninformedly said at the baby shower. Luckily, I realized in time how distorted my thoughts and my supposed knowledge had been by society, my professional experience, and even my own childhood.

Having experienced firsthand during my last birth (a self-determined and peaceful experience) what a difference it can make to be well-informed as you embark on this new chapter of life, I feel compelled to convey to as many (expectant) parents as possible that things can be different. That the bonding period can be beautiful despite sleep deprivation. That later on, when it comes to introducing solids, for example, strict plans aren't necessary. And that it's okay to sometimes just be "good enough.".

All of this has led me to want to share my knowledge and experience with other parents.

I offer these courses:

– Belly-Basics® – Childbirth Preparation Course
– Baby massage (QEKK-certified instructor)

I look forward to you!
