A baby course for you and your little one from 0 to 6 months

Life with a baby is new and exciting, bringing with it all sorts of questions, worries, and old wives' tales. Relationships and bonding are crucial cornerstones of healthy emotional and motor development – together we strengthen our intuition and share our experiences as mothers and women, experiencing the joys and challenges of motherhood. Of course, fathers and grandparents are also very welcome in our baby class to share their perspectives on caring for the child.

This baby course is for parents and their babies from 0 to 6 months old. We meet weekly for 8 weeks and discuss topics such as:

Parent-child bond

Comfort, co-regulation,

Communication with the baby
mental and motor development in the first year of life
Healthy babywearing - how, with what, why?
Baby sleep and parent sleep - how can we reconcile the two?

In our course we will sing and play, learn lap games, finger games and simple craft instructions, and immerse ourselves in the world of baby and child massage, mindfulness and nonviolent communication.
