Ayurvedic massage for pregnant women and mothers

The “Mama Abhyanga,” also known as the “great oiling,” is an Ayurvedic massage. It is a very special, warming, and loving massage that allows you to feel whole again, connected to yourself, and deeply cared for. You can treat yourself to a Mama Abhyanga from the third month of pregnancy onward, or immediately after giving birth. It is also incredibly nourishing and beneficial years later.

Your wellness treatment in detail:

• Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your visit.


• 60-minute Ayurvedic full body massage


• Nourishing oils and a safe space for your wellness treatment


• Warming movements that provide you with energy and physical nourishment.


• This is all about you. About your time out.


• The world stands still while you relax.
