After the birth of my daughter, I experienced firsthand how challenging the post-pregnancy period can be:
Your body feels different, everyday life is new – and suddenly there is hardly any time for yourself.
Movement has always been an important anchor for me.
She helped me regain my strength – physically and mentally.
That's exactly what I want to make possible for other mothers as well.
In my courses I combine effective, pelvic floor-friendly training with fresh air, community and a great deal of understanding for everyday life with a baby.
This isn't about pressure or perfection – it's about feeling comfortable in your body again and recharging your energy.
