My name is Carina, and I'm training to become a certified Attachment-Oriented Family Support Specialist®. I'm originally from northern Germany (Bremen). Starting in February 2025, I'll be offering consultations and workshops on breastfeeding, sleep, and weaning, both online and in person. I'm turning my passion into my profession! Together as a team, I'll guide and support you. Our approach is fact-based, empathetic, and always up-to-date with the latest scientific findings! There's no need for a rigid plan, a set formula, or inflexible rules! You and your child determine the path and the pace.
