No baby needs to learn to sleep,
But some people need some help.
Right after birth, many babies are difficult to put down because they haven't yet adjusted to gravity. Naturally, babies feel comfortable when they are rocked, carried, or swaddled.
After some time, some babies can be put in their crib, but some still cannot. Some develop the habit of only falling asleep through rocking or bouncing.
This leads to the baby waking up more often at night, wanting to be rocked, cradled, and even breastfed back to sleep.
This leads to some parents having to struggle with this situation every night and not knowing what to do anymore.
Do you feel the same way?
With a little help, it is very easy to teach babies to fall asleep independently and to sleep through the night in a gentle way with lots of love and affection.
