Each of our organic herbal teas was developed according to our co-founder Meike's own recipe – her years of experience with mothers and babies directly inform the selection of herbs and blends. The range accompanies you through all phases: from pregnancy and birth to breastfeeding and the postpartum period. All our teas consist of carefully selected organic herbs, are free of harmful substances, and are bottled in Germany.

This way, every cup becomes a little break that does you good, strengthens you and supports you during this special time.

We are myEphelia – a Berlin-based company founded by two sisters-in-law with a shared vision: to truly support mothers during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding.
