Blessingway Ceremony – A mindful ritual for expectant mothers

Online

As an alternative to the baby shower ritual, I offer a lovingly designed Blessingway ceremony as a doula. During the ceremony, we focus entirely on the expectant mother.

A Blessingway is a mindful ritual inspired by the traditions of indigenous peoples. It is an invitation to friends, sisters, mothers, and companions to offer the pregnant woman appreciation, love, and strength in a safe and supportive space. The focus is not on material gifts, but on emotional support and connection with other women before birth.

What to expect - Individually tailored rituals that can be designed according to wishes and group, for example:

  • Blessings & Birth Affirmations

  • Creating a birth bracelet

  • Birthstone painting

  • Foot baths, massages & ointments

  • Candle ritual or creation of a birth candle

  • Belly painting or plaster cast of the baby bump

  • Meditation or sound journey

  • Common thread – binding ritual

  • Shared meal & group discussion

  • Painting a birth shirt – a creative symbol of power for the birth.

Together we will create an unforgettable experience – for you as an expectant mother and for everyone who accompanies you on your journey.

For whom: Pregnant women, from the 6th month of pregnancy onwards.
Location: At your home or a location of your choice (outdoors also possible)
Duration: approx. 2–4 hours

including materials

Also ideal as a gift for a pregnant friend.

Hi, I'm Simone, a mother of a toddler, a certified doula, and the founder of Herzensbegleitungen (Heartfelt Support). I support women and families during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

My work is based on trust, respect, appreciation, and empathy – I offer you a safe space where you feel understood and supported. I don't attend births, but I am there for you before and after the birth.

My priority is the expectant mother. Every pregnancy is unique, and it is my heartfelt wish to support you with advice and practical help, respecting your wishes. Whether you have questions about childbirth, want to discuss your fears and worries, need support during the postpartum period, or simply want someone to listen – I am here for you.

I work in the Rosenheim area and within a radius of approximately 60 km. I also offer online appointments.

Let's find out in an introductory meeting how I can support you on your journey.
