Every pregnancy, every birth, and every postpartum period is unique. Sometimes you don't need fixed packages, but simply someone who is there exactly when you need support.

With my offer of hourly doula support, I am flexibly by your side – in whatever way best suits you and your situation.

This is what my support for you can include:

Sensitive conversations during pregnancy – to clarify fears, to prepare for childbirth, or simply to create space for your thoughts.
Practical and emotional support during the postpartum period – whether with a warm meal, a strengthening abdominal massage, loving care or simply by being there and listening.
Individual support – you determine the time, duration and content of the meetings.

Bookings are made by the hour – entirely according to your needs. Whether you need me for a one-off appointment or regularly for a specific period – we'll schedule our sessions to suit you.
